listed below. We can produce up to A4 size (297 x 210 mm) but print
and production costs are both higher and we would need to quote
you separately.

Books 6x9 inches (229x152mm) and smaller are
printed on 85gsm/55 lb offset, opaque, 444 PPI, crème white
acid-free paper. Books larger than 6x9 inches are printed on 75gsm/50lb
offset, opaque, 512 PPI, white acid-free paper. Paperback covers
are printed on white, 215gsm/80lb offset, enamel paper and laminated.
PDF specification
You must conform to the specification below when
you send us a PDF file for PDF Ready publication.
- Book trim size must be one of the eight
listed. Please make sure you leave adequate page margins.
- PDF files should be centered (left-to-right,
and top-to-bottom), on an 8.5x11inch (280x215mm) or 8.26x11.69
inch (297x210mm) (A4) template, or a template set to the final
trim size of your book, and contain no crop marks.
- You should use only Adobe Acrobat Distiller
to create PDF files. Using other PDF-generated software may result
in potential inconsistencies in processing of your file.
- Font embedding should be specified
in Distiller in order to ensure that all fonts are included in-line
with the document. Font subset should be set at 100%.
- Output resolution should be set to
600 dpi.
